Wash chicken well and place into a strainer so that excessive water may release.
Mix all spices and chiccken in a bowl.Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Add a pinch of black pepper in the egg mixture and beat slightly.
Add marinated chicken to a pan.
Cook on medium flame until steam begins to form.
Cover with a lid and let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame.
Cool cooked chicken at room temprature.
Derudge chickeninto the flour mix,dip in egg mixture and then coat with oats.
Fry until golden brown
