When I searched for kheer without rice. I also planned to try this delicacy to explore a new dessert.

I had leftover Rasgullas, milk, cardamom, almonds, raisins, and cornflour.

I use all these ingredients and make a new tempting flavored kheer.

It’s ready in just 5 minutes. You do not need much time as a traditional kheer requires.

I was delighted with the results. So I’m sharing this fabulous kheer recipe with you guys.

Cooking time: 3 minutes.

Ingredients.

Milk 2 and 1/2 cups.

Cardamoms 1

Leftover Rasgullas 8

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Corn flour 1 tablespoon.

Crushed almonds and raisins (optional)

Instructions.

1 Take Crushed almonds and raisins in a   bowl.

2 Crumble Rasgullas and add to the dry fruit mix.

3 Pour milk and cook for a few seconds. I used cold milk. I heat a little bit but do not boil.

Meanwhile, dissolve cornflour in 2 tablespoons of water.

(Do not worry; use water or milk. It does not matter). Make a paste and set it aside.

4 When milk is hot enough, add crumble rasgulla mix and sugar.

Cook until rasgulla and sugar dissolve into milk completely. Keep the flame medium.

5 pour cornflour slurry and stir until the kheer thickens. The kheer will thicken immediately.

Keep the flame medium at this stage.

6. Pour delicious rasgulla kheer into your serving dish.

7 sprinkle some crushed almonds and raisins on top.

Notes.

Enjoy warm or serve chill. It is your choice.

It will taste divine whatever you eat this delicacy.
