ALMOND MALAI MAWA SHAKE

INGREDIENTS.

Milk 2 glass

Almonds whole 14 

Sugar 4 tbsp

Cardamom powder ¼ teaspoon

Honey ½ teaspoon

Malai mawa /khoya 2 tbsp 

 Basil seeds OR TUKHUM MALANGA 1 tablespoon.

Soak in water for 5- 10 minutes and then use.

Crushed almonds for garnishing

Method 

Blend almonds and sugar with cardamom powder.

Add milk, khoya, almond powder, khoya, soaked basil seeds,tukhm malanga honey, and blend. 

Yummy, healthy and energy-boosting drink is ready 

Presentation 

Garnish with some crushed almonds and mawa /khoya and enjoy😃😃😃
