Today I’m going to show you how to make egg yolk chocolate icing. This icing is so simple and quick to make, but it feels so yummy on some of those special cakes. .No chocolate is needed! Simple, easy, and affordable chocolate frosting recipe that you never see before.

So what makes this chocolate frosting so great? The method of preparation is quite different than any other frosting! It’s still made with butter, but instead of powdered sugar, it’s made with icing sugar, salt, cocoa powder, egg yolk, butter, and milk.No chocolate needed. All ingredients are cooked until the mixture thickens. Do continuous stirring to keep lumps at bay

Unique Chocolate frosting recipe

Ingredients

 Sifted Icing sugar 1 cup

Cocoa powder 3 tablespoon

Softened butter 2 tablespoons.

Salt 1 pinch.

Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon.

Milk 1/2 cup

Egg yolk 1 

instructions

Add icing sugar, cocoa powder, salt, butter, and milk in a saucepan.

Cook until all ingredients are mixed thoroughly

Pour vanilla essence. Egg yolk. Be careful to stir continuously while adding egg yolks to avoid any lumps.

This mixture will thicken immediately.

Cool at room temperature.

Refrigerate for 1/2 hour and then frost your cake as usual.

This recipe can be used to frost one 9-inch or 8-inch cake. To frost a double-layered 9-inch cake, you’ll need to make 2 batches of this recipe.

Notes

You can refrigerate this frosting for seven days. It is a very luxuriant, rich, and creamy buttercream icing. It’s perfect for any occasion, and you can use it to decorate any sweets such as cake, cupcakes, cookies, and even cakes
